Ag Day 5K Fun Run, Walk or Walk your Animal- Saturday, September 13 Ashland FFA is hosting the Ag Day 5K Fun Run. The check-in starts at 7:30 am with the Run, Walk or Walk Your Animal starting at 8:00 am. We will host breakfast afterwards. If you would like to register for the event beforehand, please see the link. After the 5K we will be hosting an activity at the Fall Festival. We will have puppies available for adoption, will be making dog toys and taking in donations for the Spay Neuter Project. We are collecting bed sheets to use to cover kennels while pets are visiting the center.

LOCATION CHANGE: Southern Boone will be offering physicals for students in 7th-12th grade on Tuesday, July 29th, 2025, from 4-7 p.m. at the MIDDLE SCHOOL. Please use the middle school main entrance. 🗽🎶 Big Apple Adventures! 🎵🍎 Members of the Southern Boone High School Band and Choir are soaking in the sights and sounds of New York City! 🌟 Yesterday, they explored Rockefeller Center and enjoyed a delicious Italian dinner in Little Italy. Today's itinerary is packed with excitement: Central Park, performances at St. John the Divine and USS Intrepid, plus an evening in Times Square topped off with The Lion King. 🦁 Tomorrow, the group will pay their respects at the 9/11 Memorial, participate in a Broadway workshop, and catch the musical, Wicked!
