Submission Due Date: April 18, 2024 The Southern Boone Co. R-I School District invites qualified contractors to submit a proposal to operate before (AM) and after-school (PM) programs at Southern Boone Elementary School located at 809 Henry Clay Blvd. in Ashland, MO. Copies of the RFP are available at The Southern Boone School Co. R-I District Business Office, located at 5275 W. Red Tail Dr. Ashland, MO 65010, or on the District’s website: https://www.sbschools.us. Proposals may be delivered in person or by USPS to The Southern Boone Co. R-I School District Business Office, 5275 W. Red Tail Dr. Ashland, MO 65010. All proposals must be received by 1:00 PM on April 18, 2024, to be considered a responsive proposal. The District reserves the right to extend this deadline by providing a written addendum to the Request for Proposal.

Surplus Sale of Property

The Southern Boone School District is declaring a 2010 Thomas, 20-passenger school bus as surplus and is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of this school property. There is a starting bid of $3000.00. Sealed bid sheets may be obtained at Southern Boone School District Central Office located at 5275 W Red Tail Dr., Ashland, MO 65010. Bids will be accepted on or before the bid opening on May 13, 2024 at 9:00 am. Vehicle specifications may be obtained by contacting the Office of the Superintendent at 573-657-2147.
