Golden Eagles Club

Southern Boone School District is excited to announce the establishment of the Southern Boone Golden Eagles Club, a new initiative designed for individuals ages 50 and older and local business leaders in the community. The primary objective of this club is to provide a platform for members to stay informed about the exciting developments and achievements within the school district.

Thank you to everyone who attended the club's inaugural Community Breakfast and Program on Tuesday, March 19th, 2024, and for making the event a huge success!

Also, a special thank you to the following clubs and groups that participated in the event:

  • Middle School Jr. Beta Club for welcoming guests and for leading the Pledge of Allegiance

  • Ashland FFA Members for serving breakfast

  • Southern Boone High School Choir for singing the national anthem

  • 3rd grade students for their musical performance

  • Activities Director Trent Tracy for giving an update on the district's athletics and activities

  • Assistant Superintendent Christy Jones for giving an update on the district's Continuous School Improvement Plan

  • School Superintendent Dr. Roth for giving a presentation on the April 2nd election ballot questions

The school district plans to host events for the Golden Eagles Club twice a year with one event in the spring and one in the fall.

The Southern Boone School District encourages all interested community members ages 50+ and business leaders to join the Southern Boone Golden Eagles Club and participate in this inaugural event. Your support and involvement will help contribute to the continued success and growth of our school district and vibrant community.
