4th grade WINGS students were challenged to "Save Fred" by using creative thinking, grit, and teamwork. Fred was a gummy worm who went boating, but didn't wear his gummy life preserver. The boat capsized with him on top of the boat and the LIFESAVER under it. Students had to get the LIFESAVER on Fred without dropping him in the water, and could only touch him by using paperclips.

Primary and elementary school students and their families attended Family Counseling Night on Thursday evening. Families got to meet the school counselors from both buildings and do different tasks together as a family.

REMINDER: “THIS IS A TEST DAY” is tomorrow, Thursday, September 15th 4:30 p.m. The purpose of this day is to test all of the communication channels the district uses to alert families of important information.
