🗽🎶 Big Apple Adventures! 🎵🍎 Members of the Southern Boone High School Band and Choir are soaking in the sights and sounds of New York City! 🌟 Yesterday, they explored Rockefeller Center and enjoyed a delicious Italian dinner in Little Italy. Today's itinerary is packed with excitement: Central Park, performances at St. John the Divine and USS Intrepid, plus an evening in Times Square topped off with The Lion King. 🦁 Tomorrow, the group will pay their respects at the 9/11 Memorial, participate in a Broadway workshop, and catch the musical, Wicked!

That’s how many books were given to students this school year through the Southern Boone Primary School’s Book Swap Program! 🎉 This incredible initiative helped put books directly into the hands of our young readers, encouraging a love for reading and learning. ❤️📖
Most of these books were generously donated by our amazing community. The primary school is always accepting book donations — just drop them off at the primary school office.
