They have two children, Olivia (11) and Isaac (9). As a family, they enjoy sports, outdoor activities, movies🎞️🎬🎥 and any other adventure. In Mike’s free time, he is an avid golfer⛳ and loves coaching any and all sports. Mike says that with this being his second stint with Southern Boone, the school district holds a special place in his heart🦅🔴⚫. He says he has had the pleasure of working alongside some of the best educators, leaders and coaches at SBC and he’s excited to get back to serving the Southern Boone community! Their son, Cory is the head girls basketball coach at Fox High School in Arnold, and his wife, Madeline is a 3rd grade teacher in the Mehlville School District. They just celebrated their granddaughter Mairin's 1st birthday🥳🎉🎂! Curt also loves basketball🏀 and being with family! Leah’s family enjoys spending time outside- camping🏕️, swimming🏊, playing yard games/sports, jumping on the trampoline, and going for walks. Leah was raised in Ashland and graduated from Southern Boone🦅🔴⚫. She says she is excited to be back home to teach in the place that gave her such a wonderful school experience.
