PARADE ROUTE: The parade will begin at the elementary school, then follow Henry Clay Blvd to the roundabout, head west on Broadway, turn right onto Main Street and end at the high school.

In honor of today being National Custodian Appreciation Day, the Middle School Student Council surprised the custodians in their building this afternoon with gifts and a banner signed by students.
The middle school's Eagle Time theme last Friday was "teamwork". Mr. Wren's 7th grade Eagle Time class paired up to complete STEM construction projects using both math and engineering to create catapults, stair lifts, and much more!

Central office staff surprised teachers and staff at the primary and elementary schools this morning with a breakfast cart full of delicious muffins, cinnamon rolls, yogurt parfaits, coffee and juice.
Representatives from Shoes from the Heart donated 50 pairs of shoes in various sizes to the elementary school. The donation will help students in the elementary school who are in need of new tennis shoes. Shoes from the Heart is sponsored by Boone Electric Community Trust.
REMINDER: Southern Boone PTA is hosting a Food Truck Festival on Thursday evening, September 28th starting at 5PM in Moser's Parking Lot. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Southern Boone PTA.
Southern Boone Color Guard is hosting the 2023 Mini Camp for students in 3rd-8th grade after school on October 10th and 11th at the middle school gym. The deadline to sign up is Thursday, September 28th.
