The Southern Boone Senior Beta Club is hosting a Mini Mizzouthon Family Dance Party on from 2-5PM on Saturday, January 27th in the high school gym and commons. Proceeds will benefit the NICU at MU Health Children's Hospital in Columbia.

Southern Boone Parents as Teachers next monthly group event will be at the Southern Boone YMCA at 5:30PM on Tuesday, January 23rd. The YMCA will be providing some gross motor activities in their Turf Room.
Just a reminder all families living in Southern Boone School District with children under the age of 5 (not yet in kindergarten) are welcome to attend! Older siblings are also welcome.

With the possibility of winter weather in the forecast for early next week, here are a few reminders on how we will share important information.
If you are a parent or guardian of a student in the school district, you will receive an automated phone call, text message and email informing you of any weather-related school closing information. Please check to make sure your contact information is correct in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
The school district will also have an alert message at the top of the district's website at sbschools.us, send out a push notification through the Southern Boone School District App (free for anyone to download in the Apple and Google Play stores), post on the district's social media pages and share the information with the local radio and T.V. stations.
